Questions

Answers before you ask.

If something is not here, ask us directly.

What is the minimum commitment?
There is none. Every monthly plan is month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. We do ask you to judge the work around day 60 rather than day 20, because the first weeks mostly reflect the clean-up, not the new ads.
What spend do we need to be at?
Our plans cover ad spend up to $15,000 a month. There is no hard minimum, but below about $1,000 a month a test rarely collects enough data to conclude, and the ads audit plus a few pay-as-you-go creatives is usually the better use of your money. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms and is not part of our fee.
Do you work with competing brands?
Never in the same product category and market. We will tell you on the first call if there is a conflict, and we will not take the second brand.
Who owns the ad account and creative?
You do. We work inside your accounts, and every ad we make is yours to use in paid and organic placements. If we part ways there is nothing to hand over, because nothing was ever ours.
How quickly can you start?
The ads audit usually starts within a week of booking. Monthly plans start when a buyer has room under the account cap, normally one to three weeks. We give you the real date on the first call rather than starting you late.
What if it does not work?
We tell you. We do not promise a ROAS, because margin, offer and category matter more than any agency. If by day 90 the numbers do not justify the fee and we have no credible plan to change that, we will say so, and you leave on the usual 30 days' notice with every ad and the account exactly as you own them. We would rather say it than defend a bad engagement.

Send us your ad account

Start with the one-week ads audit. We will tell you what we would change in the first month, and the $160 is credited against it if you continue.
